In 2016, I started a little side-hustle in Long Beach California of Holistic Health / Food Healing + Yoga. A friend & others asked me to cook for them to help break through a line-up of chronic illness.I didn’t know this gift would follow me all the way to Oregon (as you can see, it’s no longer little).
Our food delivery services, nutritional consultations, food growing, catering, yoga offerings, animal rescue,volunteer, give-back,Veteran support, youth programs, Senior citizens and farm to table network has grown through trust & referral! Thank you.
As we grow our farm, renovate & expand into teaching, I want to send a heart felt thank you to EVERYONE who has supported us along the way. My regulars hit me right in the heart and those who just buzz me about a question here & there, I appreciate you too. This is why I do it.
