They specialize in Mushrooms, Micro greens, Raising Honey Bees, Chickens & Goats. Everyone eats clean, drinks activated alkalinized water and receives lots of love, petting, care & words of affirmation.

Her children, pets, farm animals and bees collaborate and create the eco system that is named, Seva Fresh Farm. “Seva” is the Sanskrit word for Service, a little peep back to her teaching and practice as a yoga teacher.

Her farm specializes in regenerative agriculture, healing with Mushrooms, Micro greens, Raising Honey Bees, Chickens & Goats. The Goats are ruminants that currently landscape, fertilize & poke holes all around the farm land in Terrebonne. Everyone eats clean, drinks activated alkalinized water and receives lots of love, petting, care & words of affirmation.

Organic gardening is a method of growing plants without using synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, or genetically modified organisms (GMOs).Instead, organic gardeners like us rely on natural methods to fertilize and protect our plants. We use composting, crop rotation, companion planting, and biological pest control.

We practice organic gardening to focus on soil health by using various techniques like adding organic matter and cover crops to improve soil fertility & structure. This also promotes biodiversity and sustainability by supporting the natural ecosystem & conserving our local resources.Collectively, we can do this in a variety of settings, including home gardens, community gardens, and commercial farms. As our principles align with those of sustainable agriculture, organic gardening has gained popularity as more people become interested in environmentally friendly & healthy food production methods.

Caring for nature means being mindful of our natural environment and taking steps to protect & preserve it. This includes taking actions to minimize human impact on the environment, conserving natural resources, and preventing pollution & other forms of damage to ecosystems.
