(2) Salmon filets, (3) Lions Mane Mushroom (local runny yolk fried egg on the side) served with mashed potatoes or wild rice, crispy kale, Spinach tossed salad & fresh bread.

Tossed in Garlic cream leek, fennel, & lemon au jus. Fresh bread basket on the side.
